Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy:

As appliance professionals, we are dedicated to service excellence, and prioritize appointment flexibility, so you can reschedule your booking with us anytime!

Our customer-focused approach is always oriented to accommodate the needs of our clients. If you would prefer to cancel your appointment, please be aware that cancellations must be received 24 hours before the appointment time.

At the time of booking, the customer accepts responsibility to receive cancellation notice, with the confirmation for time, and date of the cancellation. If an appointment needs to be cancelled beyond ordinary service hours, please leave a detailed message that includes both your name, and the address registered wit the appointment, and the time of the appointment.

When you need to cancel a same day appointment, we are flexible. There is a minimum cancellation time of 4 hours before a same day appointment. When you do not observe these measures to cancel your appointment with appropriate notice, please understand that our service call fee ($90+ HST) will be charged.
